& forever begins today

hey one and all,
i'm now going to give euu guys an overview of the process of our project..
at first, we were like a bit 'blur-blur' about how to do certain things (e.g. FILA Chart).
after a while, we got the hang of it and did everything quite smoothly.
during this project, we didn't meet up many times to do the project as we had many other commitments... so, we used msn, email, PW class, sms etc. to do whatever we needed to do.
one of the problem we faced is that we tend to drift away from the project once in a while but after some time, we still finished a satisfactory project...
anoher problem was disagreements within the group. we had different ideas, different ways of thinking and ways of doing things... so we actually had many 'quarrels' over what to do... but still, we got it all worked out.

Greetings people,
another post is coming in 1 second time.
. . .
Today, we're talking bout..
How to reuse, reduce and recycle!
-Using a shopping bag instead of a plastic bag, which the shop supplies.
Advantages
`By using a shopping bag, you can help save the earth by using less plastic bags, as plastic can't be decomposed, yeah.
`A plastic bag is 3 times less environmental friendlier than a plastic bag.
`You can also recycle plastic bags, by using them as rubbish bags, or even shopping bags.
`The shopping bags we're recommending is made up of nylon, wow. And the labels are also environmental friendly, as they were made from unbleached paper sourced from a paper mill using managed forests.
The process
`They go through very environmental friendly processes to produce the reSACKel bag. Firstly, they would collect the bag, then clean it, after that they would cut the bag into the size they want, next sew it together, and TADA! The reSACKel bag is done! Easy right? Although its better said than done.
`No chemicals nor industrial processes were used to make the bag.
`The plastic was not shredded, broken down or made into pellets before the bag was made.
`They just simply lightly clean the bag to make it clean.
`The bag gives a distinctive look and make them environmental friendly to manufacture due to the lack of processing.
Reasons not to use fabrics to make the bag
`Fabrics takes futher resources and more energy to manufacture.
`Cottons also takes land, water and weave, as it is grown from plants, so cottons are not recommended too.
`The cotton and fabric bags also do not do anything to reduce the amount of plastic bags thrown away.
`In a old 25KG sack of plastic, there is enough to make at least 20 reSACKel bags.
`So why use fabric or cotton instead of reusing plastic?
Why does an old sack make great bags?
`Distinctive – Because the fabric is only cleaned, and also unique, as bag still carries all the original designs and text from the sack, which creates an original and distinctive bag. None of any bags would look exactly alike. Each will have small differences due to its previous life as a rice sack.
`Great variety – The manufacturers are working to make their sacks attractive, there are at least thousands of designs out there, it’s only getting out there and finding them. As a result we have an increasing number of bag designs to choose from, so there is bound to be a design you like.
`Constantly changing - The great thing about working with old sacks is you don’t need designers creating new designs, these are all originals. We continue sourcing sacks from a different suppliers, so the collection is constantly changing.
`Exclusive – There are only many sacks of one design or pattern we can source at any one time, therefore the numbers are limited, unlike new fabric bags where they are mass produced by hundred thousands.
`Collectable – With so many changing designs, you can make sure you have you favourites with you at all times.
`Tough - The fabric is designed to carry loads of 25KG and 50KG, depending on the size of the sack, the fabric is so strong that it is also designed not to tear, so even if you put a hole in your bag, it is not going to get any larger, as prevented by its woven nature.
`Wipe clean - plastic is easily cleaned, simply wipe with a damp cloth to remove most of dirt and grime. Unlike other fabrics, you don’t need to worry about spills or grime ruining your bag.

the feature in the G tower that impresses us the most is the special glass panels as it lowers the amount of heat transmitted from the external environment to the interior of the building.
that feature allows less energy to be used during days that are very warm as people will tend to lower the temperature if the air-conditioning, thus causing more electricity to be used up...
with this feature, the staff in the building would not have to lower the temperature in the building and in turn, it will save energy.
